Choosing real estate as a career was easy for this Magnolia Properties realtor.  After all, she enjoys helping people.  In 1981, Linda got her real estate license because she had a vision for the future, one which involved working with people.  In 1996, she retired from her career as a legal specialist and took the long awaited step into the real estate world.  Transitioning from the legal profession into real estate has been rewarding.  She loves the independence as a realtor.  Linda says searching for homes for buyers is an adventure.  Her legal skills are definitely an asset as there are many laws governing the selling and buying of real estate.  Regardless of whether one breaks state, federal, or real estate laws, one is subject to a fine and/or imprisonment.
