First, and foremost, I'm the proud mother of three very fine sons, three wonderful daughter-in-laws and Grandma Susie to five fabulous grandsons.

    High School Social Studies teacher in the state of Kansas. B.S. in Education with a degree in Political Science. I also taught in an inner-city school in Kansas City and also hold a lifetime teaching certificate from the state of Missouri. I was also a substitute teacher for the Duval County School District.

     Started my own company, People Against Crime in Winter Park, Florida. I presented a dynamic and informative forty-five minute crime prevention seminar. My clients include banks, hospitals, law and accounting firms, schools, and government offices. I made available for sale safety products.

    Sold vacation ownership in Orlando for the largest independent time-share owner/developer in the Unidet States. I also sold vacation packages for Marriott Corporation.

    Grraduated from the Watson School of Real Estate and was a realtor with Watson for several years. I am a member fo the following professional realty organizations: National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and Northeast Association of Realtors.

    Today, I make my home at Magnolia Properties, a super firm for independent agents,. I'm proud to be associated with Eileen Blocker, our broker, who is a true leader in Jacksonville real estate.
